$200 flat rate per therapy session

There is no sliding scale.

Insurance

I accept a few insurances. This practice is primarily self-pay/out-of-network. A superbill can be provided for you to submit claims to your health insurance for reimbursement.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept credit card payments only. 

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a session, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may incur a $75 fee for late cancellation or no-show.

COVID and Cold/Flu Season

Both in-person and virtual sessions are supported in this practice. Tissues and hand sanitizer are available at the office. Please use due diligence when deciding to come in person. If you are not feeling well, are getting over a cold or recovering from COVID, please consider using the virtual option.
